It takes a little getting used to. The front windshield isn’t the real issue. The c pillars are the biggest blind spots. A rear view camera and some blind spot mirrors help a lot. At the end of the day, as an FJ owner, we love it for many other reasons!
That’s a good question! I looked into it on google and did not find anything. It is located at the entrance to a popular area people camp within Hopkins Prairie. To me it appears to either be a memorial for a patriot or something just signifying praise to god and country. May stop and check it out next time! With regards to your Hungarian text, thank you 🙏 😊
When you turned onto F.R. 50, did you head North or South? Any chance you have a rough map/route you did for this? I'm wanting to do a similar trail as my first real 4x4 outing and want to stay mild due to a totally stock rig. Any help on the route is appreciated!
We turned south. I do have the route recorded on Gaia. If you give me an email to send it to, I’ll hook you up! Almost all of Ocala is mild if you just want to explore. Be aware, you will almost certainly get pin stripes though. Ocala is known for having lots of tight trails.
@@OffRoadAdventures155 Yes, please that'd be great! Want the email here or can I DM you from RUclips? I wasn't able to find your email in your "About" page. And thanks for the heads up about the pin stripes. Like I said, first real trip hah and I'd need to get ready to stomach that too.
@@DrStuttgart Hmmm.. you can try to DM me your email through RUclips. Didn’t know that was a thing. If it works great, if not, you can throw it up here and I’ll delete it once I see it.
It depends on a few factors. First and most of all, is your RAV4 4 wheel drive or just front? Most places in Ocala can be accessed with 2 wheel drive. You would just need to avoid places with sugar sand and mud pits. I run BFG KO2 all terrains that get me anywhere, but they are a little on the aggressive side of A/T tires. Now is the time to check it out before the rainy season if you are worried. Always wheel with a buddy and have some recovery kit just in case!
Oh man, it’s hard to remember…. I know it was one of the side trails that lead back onto the main north/south trail off of 19 just west of the shooting range. The one with the Ocala Badge of Honor sign. It really wasn’t anything crazy, but if you want a reason to go and explore.. happy hunting!!
I love the mid field Alternator replacement! Now that's dedication 🤘🏼
Thanks! We barely got out of that mud bog before the battery died completely! Had to keep going though!! 🤙
Love that hopkins section. Goin out there on friday. Cool vid bud.
Have a blast!! It’s an awesome Forest to explore. Just remember to tread lightly and thank you very much for the complement!! 😊
Love Ocala! Great video. That mud hole brings back some fun memories :)
Thank you very much man! That mud hole definitely provided some good times!
That's so amazing! Keep up the great work!
Thanks buddy! We gotta start shooting the next one soon!!
Great vid, makes me want to wheel in Florida now.
You ever make it to Colorado let us know, would love to hit some trails with you!
Absolutely! The trails out there look amazing!! It’s a different kind of wheelin’ all together.
That's forest 46 one of my favorite trails
The entire trail system in Ocala is just awesome! Not very challenging obstacle wise, but very scenic!
As a toyota tech i can confirm the f-jay has a tiny windshield and awful for trying to see (EI: the need for 3 wipers)

At 6:21 on the left on roadside, I see a cross and the US flag . Do you have any info on that one? Köszi, Klassz anyag gratula.

@@OffRoadAdventures155 Hey there, any chance of getting that GPS route you have recorded you drove in this video still?
@@DrStuttgart of course, just post up an email for me to send it to. 😊
Do you think a lifted rav4 awd with A\T tires can handle that? I want to try

What is the location of the climb you did at 12:35 ?
