Doesn’t matter what altitude anyone was at. Or if they were both flying inverted.
Both aircraft were flying under visual flight rules… period.
Under visual flight rules the helicopter must see, avoid, and give way to any fixed wing aircraft… period.
Tower didn’t have to say a word to either pilot once the CRJ was cleared to land, because under visual flight rules the tower is only advisory to airborne aircraft.
The female pilot flying the helicopter that crashed into the CRJ, was a DEI appointment. (Trump was right)
She was assigned to this unit not because she was the best pilot for this sought after position.
She had just finished serving as an escort in the Biden White House… that is why she was given the position.
The warrant attempting to instruct her sounded odd on the radio and was making weird requests.

That the plane showed on its data recorder that it was at an altitude of 325 ft give or take 25 ft up or down and that the air traffic control shows a radar reading that is not yet verified for the Black Hawk at 200 ft but that they will cross reference once they have its data. He said they weren't even sure if they were going to release this info for precisely this reason. That 1 thing they can confirm, 1 thing they're not yet sure of and 1 thing they don't know yet.
