Hi, I have a Acer Aspire 3 with Ryzen 3 2200u with vega 3 and 8gb ram, it runs on any map with one car pretty well. Only the city map and really larger maps (Maps wich I downloaded) lags the most (20 fps) on some places, but I say it's pretty good for what I have. I would say a Ryzen 5 3500u, Vega 8 and 12gb ram would be pretty good. I guess you would get 30+fps depending on the map, and maybe run the traffic too... I am using the lowest settings possible, and 250+ mods (BeamNG version: 0.13.0.5 ) I think the latest version of the game should run a little better too. I am going to buy later on a Acer Aspire with the same specs I said on this comment (Ryzen 5 Vega 8 12gb ram) because on my opinion, this config should be pretty good, at least for BeamNg and lighter games... That's my opinion and specs recommendation , based on benchmarks and prices. And the Ryzen has much better integrated graphics too, compaired with Intel processors.
I have the same problem with mine. I noticed that they're letting off right before the line and this video. Maybe that's the secret? They keep screwing the game up worse every time they do an update. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it, and it's still acting stupid.
Try turning off cinematic camera when you pull up to the line, I’ve found that trapping times under 7 secs they don’t record times unless I’ve done this.
@@BrandonTorino I built up the Grand Marshal before the drag pack became available. And I can still wax that thing all day long. In my experience, the problem is that the Grand Marshal cannot hook with a Stage 3 blower. PERIOD. I think it is simply too light in the rear. I found that a Stage 2 blower with 355-400 horsepower nitrous shot is good for high nines all day long, sometimes a mid to high eight with a perfect launch and no squirlliness. I pulled an 8.47 once, but I've not been able to duplicate it. The Grand Marshal just simply does not want to launch straight with a lot of power. I have, however, determined that the launch tree seems to look as though it is time to launch when it isn't quite there yet, so when I wait for the message "Quarter-mile started", it seems to fix this problem most of the time, but not always.
@@scotthoffmaster4600 I was referring to the built-in Grand Marshal drag car. I can see where you might have been confused, though. I've been seeing a lot of BS configurations with the Grand Marshal. The Night Devil mod is useless, and so is the twin turbo 5.5L. I've also found that the 7.0L V8 mod for the Grand Marshal is useless as well. Exhaust for the TT 5.5L and the 7.0L drag the ground on the Grand Marshal. They either cannot hook enough to accelerate well, or simply out of control at speed.. Also tried the fifth wheel mod for the D35, and I can't get it to work right. Fifth-wheel attachment drops through the frame immediately. No game for me for a while, though. Most recent BeamNG update is forcing me to upgrade my GPU, RAM and go to a faster SSD... Of course UPS crushed my package in transit. No obvious damage, but after installing the new components, no video and no boot, returning to original configuration didn't help. I suspect the motherboard decided to pop a capacitor or something in the install. MSI can take their 15-35 day RMA turnaround time and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

You have to modify the rpm limit from the ecu in the engine.jbeam file.

I recommend locking the differentials. Also try launch it on a lower shot and increase the amount afterwards so that is accelerates better
You can't change the shot size while driving, it's either on or off, could just slowly increase throttle or keep turning nitrous onand off.
