Leading a team of 100, Rick oversees everything roads, from maintenance to construction. His 22-year journey began right out of high school, and today, as a department manager, his team is his second family.
Passionate about seeing his team grow, he's currently focused on cyclone recovery. Rick values attitude, saying, "We only hire good buggers!"
