I’d hate to tear that geo thermal up. Looked like a simple grading job from beginning. You had to move a pile of dirt!
Ya I had to strip a lot of grass off to get to clean dirt. The home owner said the next time she has problems with the geo she was going back to conventional heat and air so I wasn’t real worried but still didn’t want to hit it!!
