I guess playing go second with 2 Dark Beckoning Beast, 1 Opening the Spirits Gates, 1 Grave Squirmer, 1 Nightmare Throne and 1 Escape is just one of the worst hands possible and you are unable to win against any board with it. I played the deck on Saturday at my locals and ended 4:2 losing to Tenpai Dragon (game 1 i got drolled, game 2 i searched the wrong card with Thrust) and Rescue Ace (Game 1 was that bad hand and Game 2 I set up Apo, caesar and rage and then used prosperity revealing Asf and Mistaken Arrest and I guess I chose the wrong card with the Arrest as my opponent had mind control, wanted and rescue. I swapped some cards in the side for 3 Ash and 3 Bystials to cover Branded.
At 3:40 he says if you open any unchained card you get full combo through an interruption on Yama, does anyone know the line? (btw there is still 1 beckoning on field because u used squirmer + 1 of 2 beckonings to make the Yama)
Amazing! Thanks a lot! What do you think about Promethean Princess lines to revive Sharvara, pop her with sarama/... so you get an extra interruption and you dont "waste" a yama to revive sharvara?
Since this is an unchained deck and not just an engine, you could be locked into fiends with Aruha/Rakea start preventing your Promethean from leaving the board unless you make Knightmare Phoenix. You can play around it with Sharvara and Yama reviving Sharvara (and popping Promethean) but IMO it isn't worth the 2 extra deck slots while both roundabout ways to unlock yourself beat the purpose of running Promethean (to revive Sharvara) unless Aruha is also in play.
In the First combo why do you pop the spell with super Producer, then trigger yama, summon back sharvara and pop trap, summon sarama etc.? Wouldnt it be better to immediatly pop the trap with super Producer, then cl1 Trap, cl2 yama, bring Back sharvara and then summon sarama from the deck while still having the cont spell as follow up?
I think its worse, opening is a "brick" that plays better around ht where fiendish rhino does not alot on its own, also you could potentially instantly making djinn buster making other lines more ht proof. Overall its more flexible
if your opponent plays something that can easily run over caesar you can summon it in attack, most decks dont right now. it‘s usually not worth the risk though since your opponent wastes their battle phase, especially if you set up escape on top of caesar so you can just pop the monster in battle phase. Your follow up should pretty much always be enough to win on turn 3 if you didnt get otked that turn

@@rouka24151 it is. But with Promethean on the board you are also locked into Fire, so the only option is Knightmare Phoenix (a Fire Fiend monster)

probably not, I‘d rather play Contract + either TGU or Rakea
