So I've been using this adapter for the past month and I have lots of words to say about this adapter. First of all the store is TUMXIUSU on Amazon. But the name of the adapter is nowhere to be found. But, this has wireless android auto, wireless CarPlay, airplay and google cast support. However, all of these come with a big asterisk. I loved using this adapter but I have a very specific use case as to why I loved it so much. Your mileage using Wireless apple CarPlay, wireless android auto, airplay and google cast in your car with this adapter.
If you want to add wireless CarPlay to your car that only supports wired CarPlay then this may be the adapter for you.

Thanks Josh! And sadly no it won’t. You need Sync 3 in order to have support for this.

I have the same one but I can't get hardware buttons in my car to map to it. Any tips? I updated it with an update from the seller.

Hmm dang. I'm not sure how to get them to work then for you. For me it was just working out the box.
