    It is great to know that there is focus on child athletes and how to train them (and how not to). I feel that this can help in not spoiling certain sports for kids because it may have been too much too soon. Thanks Doc.

    TY for the resources, it’s been helping me a lot. Please add chapter 6 in the title, been using the playlist and if it weren’t for me following the tittles on the manual I would’ve never guessed this is part of chapter 6

    Very very helpfull, i just wanted to know that like from wt age the kids should start Resistance training? Is there any specific age for them to start?

    Hey Dr. Goodin,
    I really appreciate your video series, I am 6 weeks out of my CSCS exam. I currently work at a high school as a strength and conditioning coach. I have a question.
    Periodization in the ESC book recommends a hypertrophy/strength preparatory phase, followed by a precompetitive and then competitive phase. Since a large proportion of my students might not be experiencing the hormonal changes of puberty, should I give less attention to hypertrophy microcycles and focus mainly on technique, strength, and RFD?
