As we saw by how they immediately tried to convert them into a parathreat upon not bowing to their will. A dubious response from a threat entity that ‘wished them to be safe’ but that is the nature of most Threat Entities especially of this magnitude. It was fortunate that our protagonist here has some sort of anomalous ‘foresight’ ability or else we’d not be hearing from them. Normally I’d file for the immediate liquidation of this Threat Entity as I’ve done many times. However this one can clearly be reasoned with unlike the vast majority and thus is not a real threat to the Veil. Therefore I shall recommend to downgrade their threat level to merely One. We’ll keep an eye on this place, but we shall not engage. UNGOC armed operative ‘Bookburner’ signing out. *Survival. Concealment. Protection. Destruction. Education.*
