No you got it wrong. He negotiated that if he got to rank 20 or higher he would get to the end of the month because of the druttut tournament and the nerfs. He didnt even get close to rank 20 so he is going bald the week after the 17th. Not much more has been said about the rank 1 grind, so most likely he will try the rank 1 grind again on a later date with different terms and maybe be less unlucky with the nerfs.
