I love the Yakuza games so much.. My dream is for the Yakuza studio to make a Gintama game. The Fist of the North Star game that they made was enjoyable but a Gintama game from them would be perfect. The comedic tone of Gintama along with the awesome action when it get's serious would be perfect for a Yakuza style game.
Considering the "change your face line" im pretty sure the implication is that fake!Kazuki is a completely unrelated person who literally went and had surgery to better impersonate him. Because fictional surgery is always That Good

Not only is the surgery THAT GOOD, its also so quick that no one even realized Kazuki was missing. So he got the change and recovered OVER NIGHT.
