I have a brand new Big Shot and I am brand new to all of this. So frustrating nothing would work. I will head over to Home Depot in the morning and try it out!
I bought a cricket cuddle bug when it first came out so that was years and years ago have always used. It had no problems until I get the three day embossing folder and I’ve used one before that worked but this one was from a different company and it will not go through so I will try the floor sample. Thank you.

New subscriber here 😊 I have just recently purchased the Big Shot PLUS (I used to have a regular Big Shot, but it was stolen along with almost all of my craft supplies, thousands of $$$ worth,in August 2021, and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start over again or not), and I can remember having this problem with some embossing folders. What an excellent idea 💡!! Can you please give me an idea of what the thickness is of the flooring sample which you used?? Because they can vary widely!! Thank You and I look 👀 forward to watching more of your videos 😊
I just added two photos to my Facebook group and page. I did my best to show you the difference in the depths. It is of course a little thinner than the sizzix plates. I hope that helps.

Remember there are different thickness of vinyl too. I just happened to have the right thinkness.

put those warped plates in a bin of hot boiling water .. there is a video on yt demonstrating how to straighten them using hot boiling water..
@@JamieAndrick warped doesn't bother me. Wrong thickness for big shot machine is the problem
