And also be happy that l spent my life looking after my 71yo Schizophrenic mother who can't walk at times due to Arthritis in her legs. And looked after my 53yo brother too, whom is also ill. And also be happy l read personal finance books, and watched RUclips videos on how to become rich, and had put what l learnt into action 😁👍
The ending says it all..."if you have about $70 million to spare!" Probably will be purchased by someone who only lives in it 3 months of the year. I think it's kinda sad because living in the Midwest in a rural small town where there are no jobs, the owner will never even know what lifestyle the majority of America's live. Our small town cannot even afford new park/playground equipment. $10k to $15k to get more for our kids - yet will NEVER happen. Too bad ppl who afford this wouldn't mind helping out our kids & town. I have to live here to help my aging parent's. My father refuses to move away from his farm. I lived the big city life and loved it. Gave it all up as the only daughter to be closer to my parent's. Somedays I have regrets about making the move. Plus being way over educated even for jobs 75 miles away doesn't help. I am sure one day in the future I will have no regrets and happy I was near my parent's until the end.
This is the best house I have come across over the internet. Smart people have just begun to value the laws pertaining to serious real estate. It's time for smart-living, at last!

I went inside that house and offered 25 million at the time.if they had accepted my offer my whole intention was to redo the interior because it is just awful it's over done and it looks like everything has just been thrown in. It was going to cost me at least 10 million dollars just to redo the interior.
And when you wake up you can just pull back your curtains and wave to the cars driving on the busy road over there! Or wave to one of your many neighbors who just woke up too while you are reflecting on the money you spent on it all!
I notice they don't tell you how far away the shops are, and you can control the house from your computer!! that's me fkd then, I can't even work the tv remote.
