Yes! Wolfheart kicks ass. The Flood would show another side of the band.

You should react another great band from Finland 🇫🇮🇫🇮(of course): Bloodred Hourglass. Drag Me To Rain for example.
They have the hole package: dynamics, melody, harsh vocals, insane drums and guitars.
    Thanks for great reaction!!

I saw wolfheart this year in New York. They are one of my favorite bands right now. Blackened Death metal is what that style is called. Wolves of Karelia is a classic album.
I met the singer for a few minutes at the show, he's a very kind person.

Tuomas Saukkonen, the guitarist / vocalist used to have bands like Before The Dawn, Black Sun Aeon, Dawn Of Solace, Routasielu, The Final Harvest..... all at the same time... And he wrotes / plays everything.
I've recommended you Dawn Of Solace - "Hiding" a while ago. Check it out.

I think you are right when you say that people who don't really like growls (that would be me) can deal with this. I didn't have a bit of problem with any of the vocals in this group. Actually, I liked the fact that the entire band consists of good enough singers so that they can carry the chorus, with no problem. I heard one very lovely clean vocal line coming from one of them. I think it was the bassist, though I was having trouble figuring out just who it was. I would be interested in hearing if he carries more of the vocals in other songs.

Did he never come back to Wolfheart? I'm not finding another reaction to them on the channel. I don't know how this particular song was chosen, but it's not even close to being one of their top songs.

@TheWolffAndTheMelody I would recommend The Hunt. It's one of their most popular songs, and where it all started. Pay attention to who is playing (almost) all of the instruments in the video too. Thanks!

Still struggling lol I just can't hear what he's saying, although not nearly off-putting as some I've heard. Loved the clean chorus harmony, musically solid. As always i give every song a shot, I did enjoy the song even if i had no idea what is was about 😊 anyway ty for the review and reaction ❤ & ✌️

Love Wolfheart. Think you missed the boat a bit by not reacting to The Hunt first and then stretching out into the rest of their discography. Hope you give them a second go. Keep up the great work dude!

@TheWolffAndTheMelody yeah man. That's where Wolfheart's story began. Tuomas Saukkonen (vocals, guitars) started the band by himself, writing, playing, singing, recording entirely on his own. He coined the genre "Winter Metal" as a way to define Wolfhearts style - a reflection of the cold, harsh windswept winters in the wastelands of Finland. Tuomas is quite accomplished with acclaimed bands like Black Sun Aeon, Dawn of Solace and Before the Dawn also being created to his credit. Dawn of Solace is still going strong with their most recent album being Flames of Perdition. A bit more folky and dark. Before the Dawn just released their first album in over a decade called Stormbringer that is bloody phenomenal as well.
But like I said, give Wolfheart another go around. Actually two. The Hunt as I previously mentioned and a more recent single featuring Jesse Leach of Killswitch Engage on clean vocals. If you're not on the bandwagon after those two, time to move on I guess.
Sabaton is another currently MASSIVE band I'll suggest too. They sing/write only about real world historical military battles, heroes and events. Not sure how much military history knowledge you have, but the video for Bismarck is epic a.f. Recounts the hunt for the legendary German battleship in the North Atlantic by practically the entire British North Atlantic and Mediterranean fleets. Churchill called Bismarck the "Terror of the seven seas", and a monumental epic battle to sink the (at the time) largest battleship the world had ever seen commenced, resulting in the devastating loss of the Royal Navy's pride and flagship HMS Hood (sent to the bottom with two salvos of Bismarcks main guns), a crippling of Bismarck's rudders by a lucky torpedo dropped by an antiquated biplane, and the subsequent annihilation of Bismarck before his crew scuttled the mighty ship in one of the most intense naval shellings of all time. EPIC.AS.FUCK.
