collarbones are so delicate. i think i fractured mine or broke it as a kid cuz I wasn't in a crib and I rolled out of the bed. But now that i'm older, I workout a lot and I was going through a time all I could do was upper-body stuff and I ended up doing so much incline chest-pressing and got my clavicles / collarbones all messed up. Ever since then I started doing cold showers and my collarbones have gotten a lot better. The cold water kind of tenses it all up and makes them stronger, while warm water kind of softens them. When my collarbones were first acting up, especially in the right one (the one I injured as a kid), it was kind of flaring up in the shower. It was eventually both of my collarbones that took a beating from the way I was working out, but my right one at first was the one that was hurting me. Making it to where I was barely able to leave my arm hanging freely in the car or wherever. Felt like I had to have it propped up on something. But I got through it with no medical attention, and is why I don't really care for collarbones or looking at them anymore 😅. It's kind of scary to me. I used to really think they were neat. Especially on a female; the way they stick out. But now if I see that im like 🫣😬. So that's why I almost didn't click on this video.. but you were telling me to 🤣. And i'm glad I did! It is so good! Your videos are always good, that's why. And just by the thumbnail I could honestly feel like it was going to be good, wasn't quite ready for some asmr but it was really good and it worked. Very relaxing & tingly. Your voice is always superb! 🗣🌃🎶
edit: Meant to mention, now that they are healed.. I pretty much am always cracking / popping them now like most people are cracking their knuckles. Which actually feels good. And is another reason I now kind of get freaked out when I see collarbones 😂. But this was good. I met someone who broke theirs like 3 times. And another couple people who had collarbone injuries. Not fun!

I don't usually watch the collarbone tapping videos but I'll try this one and update on my thoughts when I wake up.
UPDATE: OK so I fell asleep in about 10 minutes, woke up 6 hours later. Yeah, it's good. I don't get tingles from skin contact sounds but it relaxed me. That's a win in my books.
