Sorry but i saw great ministry in this song. I believe that the term running for Jesus mean working for him and im not tired yet meaning im not going to stop working for him. And the verses sweetheart are to show people who worked for him in the word. and i think they did a wonderful job with this song. I guess different stokes for different folks. Be blessed

Dr. Weaver, Man no u didn't step 4:18, I had to replay that step about 4 x's because I thought you was slippin, then I thought you might have had on some skates under that Sharp Robe. Man brother whatever it was, YOU STEPPED!! I am happy and proud of you and the choir for keeping it ORIGINAL and holding on to your Roots. Too Many choirs that had a hayday and try to comeback, mess up by trying to do what's "In" with the times.. This is what made you and other Choirs/Directors "Special" and a All-time fav. Just saw this ma'am the term "running for Jesus" means working for him. Doing his will. All three verses were bible stories about people who ran for Jesus. Read your bible boo! Now be blessed

CurvaceousQT4U, As the artist of this song, I am so sorry that it doesn't move you. But it has move so many people of God. To everyone that is reading this, she is entitled to her opinion. I think that you making the comment would have been better off not being said. But it's there now!...... Also I don't see anything secular about the video, that was one of the main things that I didn't want to present to the body of christ. Sorry you felt this way!

ok im a little late but let me say to the one hater ..she knows who she is. this choir has been on the Battlefront for decades when you say this sounds like secular music what is secular music because you either take music and use it to glorify God or you don't glorify God no one has a CD of how music was played in the biblical days but weather it's rap singing or dancing if you're using it to glorify God then what makes it secular I think you are somebody who's mind is compelled to secular music because if you were truly saved and delivered you wouldn't know what secular music sounds like anymore remember you are born again you're a new creature so I'll just say 2 Church Folks when you see a choir glorifying God then let God use that choir matter of fact the Hallelujah singers wrote a song simply said let God do his job lol
I find that gospel is trying to be too secular by not stating who you are singing too! I am not anyone's honey, sweetheart, or boo! I feel that if you are so sanctified, etc. My opinion would not be that much of an issue. So if you like it thats fine, but I personally did not find any joy and this and Who I AM is a person with an opinion, taste and a person with a right to express my thoughts! I wish you all well and good luck with that!
@ RosaLWarner. I personally did not like the song, it was not an inspiration to me. I find it funny that if an individual do not like something you like, then they are considered haters. I am not an hater, my opinion is I do not like the song, just like you do not like what I expressed and that is fine. I did not say the group sounded horrible, but don't allow comments if ANYONE of you do not want me or anyone else to comment! I listened to this several times and my opinion is my opinion.

This song was not good and made no sense! It talked about everything else and did not say what you are running from or to and it was just a bunch of words being spat out with no real content!
