Do not do this if you have a gaming device with windows. Your device will have an infinite loop on windows logo and you would have to reinstall windows
@@theitguy45 it works but if you do it on handheld windows it will brick it and there is no way to fix it but a full recovery. Cant really access msconfig when your windows don’t boot
*the reason it only works for some people is that the restart of the computer is temporarly fixing the issue* changing things in msconfig won't do anything lol

@TanmayKumar-ec8kz in safe mode your windows will open for sure , And then *FINALLY* go to that option again off that option I mean processor option, then at first select *Normal Boot* make sure you deselect it from *Selective Startup* then boom your system has the _GAME INSTALLED AND RUNNABLE_. 👁️👄👁️

Try this method,
Safeboot w/network, go to advanced options check number of processors click 4 only then apply and restart your computer.
