(The first scene was canon so I’m going to explain that one in detail)
Tanjiro found Genya in demon form with Aizetsu’s head in his hands
he then heard Karaku screaming in pain while complaining about the attack
Tanjiro then heard Sekido call Karaku pathetic

Scene 2
Aizetsu had Nezuko pinned to a wall with his spear as Sekido electrocuted her with his khakkhara
but then suddenly there came Tanjiro slicing off Sekido’s arm and then Aizetsu’s along with his torso
he then grabbed a passed out Nezuko and ran to a safe space

The background was Genya fighting Karaku
( in the end Karaku crushed some of Genya’s bones(which Genya was able to regenerate)with his fan )

Scene 3
Tanjiro was in a safe space with Nezuko as he then realized Genya was in trouble he told Nezuko to stay there until
she can fight again and ran off

Scene 4
Tanjiro was helping Genya fight as he then told Genya to go southwest to catch the main body
Aizetsu then attack Tanjiro who dodged it with only two scars from the spear
Karaku and Nezuko then appeared both mad, cursing, punching and using their BDA against each other
which leads to the meme
Sekido who was trying to ran after Genya as Urogi was looking for Genya in the sky both heard the two demons and were suprised to see a mad Karaku
( Karaku getting mad is VERY RARE )
as both Aizetsu and Tanjiro were confused and worried
