if you have changed the refresh rate and then it comes input error then 1. Go to safe mode by restarting pc again and again till it shows how to continue. Run msconfig.exe (menu start, type msconfig )Select Boot tab.Check Base video.Restart the system.(you will not get graphics properties option)(use tab after opening as you will not see the ok and cancel button)(as the tab target go down it will 1st go to cancel press tab again to ok and enter to continue.. hope it will help) Change the Screen refresh rate in Display settings -> Advanced Settings -> Monitor to 60 Hz.Go through 1-4 steps (in Normal Mode) this time unchecking the Base video.
