God I miss this. I think this was the first year I played another game more than cod. I played this so much and loved it. I remember games would last 30 minutes and getting into jet battles and helicopter battles. Assassinations we’re so satisfying getting enemy dog tags. Haven’t played BF since BF4 might have to get BF 2042
its not always about how realistic a game is its also about how fun a game is like COD but i also like bf3 for its graphics and how real it is and you get the jets and choppers where your team respawns
bf3's gameplay is much different than cod's, it's going much slower and the maps are very big. it depends on what you like. jumping in is actually easy, except for aircraft vehicles.

if you can't get this game to download on your ps3, go to the settings and find the "restore to original settings" hit that ( you may want to remember your psn password) go through all of the steps then go and create a new user. After this the update software should download in around 30 minutes.
I can recommend you a good video card: the Radeon HD 6870. Only $170, you can play pretty much any current game on Ultra setttings, full antialiasing etc. That's what I'm going to get once I get to building my computer. Good luck!

I bought Battlefield 3 Premium Edition over Black Ops 2 and have not regretted it not one bit. As a long time fan of COD I hope they can take a page out of Battlefield's playbook and start making the battles more realistic like BF3. COD has turned into a bunch of people running around shooting each other with little if any strategy, I hope COD wakes up!

Well, I don't think so, because there's a feeling in COD about the guns and the maps that most people Love. And BF3 doesn't have that feeling. But still i think that if COD fans give it a chance, like i did, they might actually like it more or the same.

@multiGunner90 it depends, call of duty is made for the rusher and is less realistic so it's easier kills, battlefield is more realistic and takes much more skill, I play cod because I'm a knife only person but battlefield is a great game to relax and have fun
I completly agree i played both and to tell you the truth their completley different from each other and who wants a world with all videogames the same each of them has their own touch like MW3 kill streaks BF3 great graphics,destruction, and velhicals
you'll enjoy it only if your PC can run it on high or ultra high graphics. i suggest you getting a 360 though... or a ps3... i'll go with the 360 anyday because it's got better graphics, but playing it on the PS3 is so much easier.
as an owner of medal of honor and BF3 i think they both have a very close resemblance but comparing mw3 to BF3 i think mw3's controls are tighter but BF3's are loose and laid back.

Halo Reach felt a lot different from Halo 3 when I played it the first time and I still managed to get at least a few kills, plus I was lagging like hell. And I wasn't even that good at Halo back then.

I found out, don't need to be a pro to fly a jet as long as you stay away from the ground.
