What was the consensus on Horn's 2nd module? I'd assume with the talent proc it's just flatout better but if you don't proc it how does it compare to the first one?
@@tumsYT Yeah I guess if you're running multiple tanks that benefit from the increased atk buff the first one wins out. I'm just wondering how much power Horn gains from the 2nd module and at what point does it lose it's value compared to just buffing your other tanks too with the 1st module.
@@paIegeist its a somewhat simple calculus i think, if 2 or three of your damage dealers are tanks (or in some situational circumstance you need just a little more healing from your tanks to survive) you take the buff module, if you are using horn alone, take the other one. Could be wrong of course i havent done any math or anything but thats just what it seems to me in my opinion

atk buff is better in general for piercing def, and for helping other defenders
