As a european everytime I see one of you videos I`m happy when you talk about (kilo-)metres instrad of miles. Go metric system go!! :-) I`m always calculating in my head when I watch one of Ryans, Daves or Matts videos :-)
I feel the same way ;). I do have a large US audience though, so I typically try to provide distance and elevation in imperial as well, especially for trails that are located in the US.
@@JeffPelletier I spent a year at UBC for exchange program in 2019 and fell in love with the outdoor culture and proximity to nature (shoutout UBCVOC is awesome). I'm from Singapore a concrete jungle.
The snow, green vegetation, and sunshine provided an awesome looking video. Thank you so much for showing us your past footage of the frozen waterfall. Loved that. Thank you also for including the map at the beginning so we have some context where you are hiking. Good luck with your training.
Always an enormous pleasure to watch your videos and hear what's going on with you. You are very fortunate to have such beautiful trails close by. Thank you!
@@JeffPelletier I live and run in a city in the Philippines with no trails but nevertheless enjoy my runs, and long for a time I can run in a place like some of your travels...yes I have been enjoying your older films as well...thank you
Discovered this trail earlier this year and it quickly became a favorite for trail running in North Van! Did it 3 times so far and it's always a different experience, with snow, mud and overall climate changing really fast along the trail. It was surreal to see some snow/hail falling in the forest when getting closer to the waterfall. Also, the best trail to make some furry friends along the way :)
Another really good trail running video, have watched twice already. Thank you so much! Can you pleeease tell me about the music? It's gorgeous, really dreamy but strong. Thanks and happy running. :-)
Thanks for another great video. As a Suunto user as well I am curious to hear your thoughts on the Coros as I've heard a lot of great things. When I have ventured away from Suunto in the past however I have come back as the GPS accuracy always seemed better with my Suuntos.
Hi Jeff, big fan of your videos! What type of filming equipment are you using? Type of camera? Stabiliser? Keep up the great work! And while I can understand why you might hold off on the 200+miles races, I really do look forward to your video from the next really long race (whenever that may be). :)

Thanks James. I'm still testing it, but so far the Coros Vertix has not proven to be nearly as accurate as my Suunto Baro 9 - sometimes it over reports, and sometimes it under reports. I'll be making a full review and comparison video soon, so stay tuned!
Any guesses which event I’m hoping to do in the fall? 🤔
WAM 100M?
Good guess, but nope! WAM 100M has been postponed for 2021.
heads up that Quebec Mega Trail is also postponed now as well , they've pushed it back 5 or 6 weeks.
UTMB?
You need to check out NZ and the amazing Tarawera Ultra. A real beauty!
Such patient running mates to wait for Jeff to film another shot! :-)
Hah, that’s true. Although, I do tend to do a lot of sprinting to catch up when filming these 😉

Oh man one of my all time favorite trail runs, accessible by public transport too... how i long to be back in BC.
It’s a gooder! So accessible, as you say too. Where did you move to?

Nice! Looking forward for your next race documentary :D Keep Running and Enjoy! :D
Beautiful trail! Nothing better than a snowy waterfall!
Agreed!

Thanks Natasha! We’re lucky to live here indeed.
Your videos are not only encouraging related with running, but inspiring related to the scenes, thank you.
Thanks Kim! I’m so happy to hear this kind of feedback 😁.

This scenery is absolutely breathtaking, the kind of place I would love to take a hike one day 😍👍
Beautiful frozen waterfall! Great hiking!
Again amazing location and great work ...👍
Another great video, Jeff! You live in a beautiful part of the world. Fingers crossed you can travel to Spain.
Thanks Mathew!

So true! We met a bunch of nice pups on this one. Must be just the right length or trail to bring a dog.
Fantastic. Nothing to add 👍🏻
Aah this brings back memories. Need to get up there this summer for sure. Thanks for the video! :)
Such an amazing video once again. I’m so jealous of your talent 😉
Thank you so much!
Absolutely beautiful!!!
Spectacular looking falls Jeff & interesting to hear the stat differences, I've been a Suunto user for ages but could be tempted with the Coros 👍🏃
Stay tuned, full review/comparison video coming soon!
Awesome video! Looks amazing out there!
Thanks! Our backyard sure is beautiful.

Thanks Jane! The music was all licensed from a website called Epidemic Sound. I'm not sure that it's available though on iTunes or elsewhere.
@@JeffPelletier Thanks, Jeff, I can always try. I really appreciate your reply. Cheers!

Is this the origin of the name for Arc'teryx's Norvan trail running series of products?
I believe it is!
