@@ThomannsGuitarsBasses Hello, I have the HB 2x12 Vintage 30 vertical cab. I hooked it up to a HB Tube15, it sounds absolutely amazing!
I also plan to order the HB 2x12 vertical Creamback with a Marshall DSL20 head next week.
Can I connect one cab at 8 Ohm to the second at 8 Ohm, using a speakercable from the 'through' output from one cab straight into the input of the other cab?
That way I can use both cabs at the same time. Is that possible or does the 2nd cab have to be at a different impedance?
I really hope you can answer this, I have searched the entire internet and beyond, but haven't found any useful information on this at all...
      Thanks in advance!

@@IAmWatcher 2x8 ohm cabs connected thay way will get down to 4 ohm, through is usually parallel.
Question is, can the amp handle 4ohm as the minimum load?
DSL seems to be made for 8-16 ohm, so use 1x8, 1x16 and 2x16, 2x8 will fry it.
You could mod the through to serial, but the total of 16ohm will give you less volume.
Don’t mix cab loads, especially if you can’t apply ohms law to calculate the total resistance, and even then there will be a volume difference between them.
And always meassure the total resistance when linking cabs before connecting them to the amp.
Take note that the new Plus series cabs are stereo and not through, but that can be changed with ease too.

All gorgeous. For my ears best overall V30. Best clean V30. Best crunch V30/CB. Another REALLY interesting comparison is speakers wired in series or parallel. I am currently running an open back cab with a Celestion 12" G12L35 and 10" Jensen Alnico5 in series (4W amp) and it is killer! Sometimes you need to experiment.

I caught on Creamback 75 bug a few years ago. It was when no influencer mentioned this speaker. I scoured youtube for every demo of it. In the end, I bought Creamback 75 and paired with V30 to be used on Blackstar amp. The result was underwhelming. I wasn't happy with the tone. But I wasn't give up. Long story short, I currently play with amp sim all the time and the IR that I use are Creamback 75 + DV77 and Creamback 65 + Mesa V30. I can't get enough of Creamback haha.

Liked the video. Thank you for the time and effort put into presenting a thorough comparison.
However the external ear of a human is directional and very much affects the sound received by the inner ear. I believe most people would agree that when we try to hear something we face it directly. Therefore, to get a more accurate listener experience, the dummy mic should face the cabinets. Doesn't seem like much, but I think it should make a pronounced difference in the final audio. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Step 4: combine all the elements to make the worlds most jank yet versatile touring rig. It's cheap, powerful, loud, lightweight, I get all my custom Children of Bodom tones. I get all the marshall amps I have been able to amp match. Plug your GPA 100 into the spark with a quarter inch to aux. Boom. All the amps in the world in one loud ass tiny package.
