finally someone else saying this, ive always loved playing the p40. it's quite responsive for what it is and always feels good to fly. always a treat to hop back in it once in a while.
1:12 They flew over Europe AND Italy? That's amazing. Thought they flew over one of those, but BOTH? Mind Blown. Mind so blown I might forget all my knowledge about geography.
Great video. I really like how you went over the history of the plane before the matches. As a relatively new War Thunder player seeing gameplay like this is a huge help!
The AVG flew the B variant which was armed with two cowl-mounted .50-caliber and four.30 in the wings. The C variant was armed the same way, although the British and Commonwealth ones used .303 in the wings instead. Six .50 didn't become standard until the D variant. The P-40 is the first lead sled.
What always ends up happening to me in P-40 variants is that I run into BF 109s that have climbed ~500-1000m higher than me, and then they dive down on me and I don't have the energy to escape/fight. What am I doing wrong?

I was just referring to them that way because they were considered two different fronts that were invaded at two different times.
