Kazuha is definitely worth all your primos if you don't have him. However, IMO his constellations are a bit unnecessary, considering his role on your team. If you already have him, save your primos for other characters.
Kazuha will ALWAYS be worth it. Even IF he gets powercrept, it won't change the fact that Kazuha is easy to build, comfortable to play and has a massive AOE, even when powercrept he'll remain more than decent.

The value of kazuha remains very high since 1.6 even if there are “better” units than him now. Jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of just one.
AR 60 here , in short yes he's worth absolute every primogem u save for him. In my near 3 years of experience yep he's an absolute value for yout account in many ways . Be it open world or abyss
Also I like Kazuha's design because of its maple leaf motive and isn't just rocking shades of green like most Anemo characters. He's got white hair which could easily indicate that he's a weirdo or evil (see: Sephiroth from FF7) but he not only has a kind personality but he's been through so much tragedy and STILL has a kind outlook on life. One of my favorite moments is in the Archon Quest when he clashes with his friend's murderer because he could NOT stand to see the Traveler killed too, could not have another friend die, and he has so much conviction that his friend's old vision resonated with him.

He wasn't easy to build for me, I had to wait for 10 months to finally get a triple EM. 😂 I got my 36 stars with him before he was completly build, I used an Anemo goblet instead I got on the VV set.
Xilonen is not as much powercreeping Kazuha in 5.1 as becoming an alternative, which is good to have "2 Kazuhas" for both sides of the abyss. So yeah, one of the few characters that's worth it. I have him at C2 since his first rerun, I got extremely lucky got 3 copies of him within 40 pulls, so I can't talk about his C0 bc I never had him at C0
I mean Raiden is somewhat powercrept now (still an SSS tier DPS at C2 alongside Arlecchino/Neuv/Alhaitham, but C0 Clorinde being a way better DPS than C0 Raiden kinda bumped her F2P value down). Could easily get even more powercrept if Iansan is a 5* off-field sub-DPS. I think the only must pull character right now is Furina, just because nobody really does what she does right now.

But in case of alhaitham you need to max out his damage you surely need Nahida coz any other dendro character cant proc deepwood regularly. And even if his weapons are f2p like HoD he still cant output big numbers/ nukes like Lyney

Kazuha rules. Also very simple to play, so if you're like me and have coordination issues, nerve damage, or a disability, Kazuha will do his thing without worry. And Xiphos makes a massive difference, I wish it wasn't so rare. I hope to get r5 one day but even r1 is awesome. Plus, he's a sweet bean and I love him. My bennett is already at C3 😅 My two current DPS i am building are Alhaitham and Navia, neither of them really need Anemo, so i just dont know esp because i definitely want to pull for Raiden, and since its archon marathon time and I'm so new i also want to pull for Zhongli, Nahida, Furina etc.... so hard to choose 😢

f2p and I can confirm that Kazuha is worth the primogems he carried me through the game when I barely had any good characters(1st five star and had like no built dps so I relied on swirl for mt main damage) and has only gotten better the more dps I get Side note: I only have 2 capable dpses(neuvi and wrio), and I'm not using kazuha for either of them since I use xianyun for furina driver on neuvi team and just replaced him with Emilie so I could have more consistent pyro uptime for my melt(now burnmet) team. But he's generally really good, the only reason im not using him is because of lack of team options and I have other characters who does what he can do and more
Pro tip for Kazuha’s EM based DMG% buff: Dynamic EM buffs like the one provided by Key or Nahida, the EM buffs that can change depending on stats, DO NOT affect Kazuha’s buffing. However, flat EM buffs that don’t change with stats, like Diona’s 200 EM buff, or more importantly the 120 from Instructors, DO affect his DMG% buff. On my aggravate team I have Kirara on instructors and my Kazuha has 1020 EM, so all together Kazuha gives a 45% Electro damage bonus, that’s more than a goblet.
Another big thing that helps Kazuha is just... math. He gives a dmg% steroid, and VV gives resistance shred - but the genshin damage formula means that scaling attribute bonuses, damage bonuses, Crit stats, and resistance shread all multiply together. It gives him a suprising level of resilience. It Natlan releases a Furina-tier character (pyro archon) with a Attack, HP, or Crit steriod, he can possibly pop back up.
Jean's damage buffs are VV, and anemo shred and atk spd, she's good enough if you're using wandarer or Xiao but if you're using her for VV you're coping

when I started genshin it was near kazuha banner and inazuma. I wanted kazuha ayaka and yoimiya because I love their designs and gameplay, I was 5 pulls out for kazuha (got ayaka tho) and 5 pulls out for yoimiya (got raiden) they are coming home now.
Furina does way more buffing than kazuha but she doesn't group, her minions are single target she sucks up your hp which is annoying and forces a healer (is kinda a good thing cuz of hunter set) kazuha is generally more comfortable, also she doesn't work with Arlecchino 😅

Counter point. You can use Zhongli and Kazuha together with Lyney and Bennett. Sure, you lose 20% from his passive, but the damage bonus and res shred massively outweighs it. In terms of Arlecchino, most ppl use her w/ vape (afaik). Plus, getting four star constellations are never guaranteed. Chevy is definitely still valuable for her overload teams, of course.
I will forever regret pulling for Kokomi instead of Kazuha as my first 5 star. Cause now i dont use Kokomi anymore and i really want Kazuha but I never know when to pull for him because of all the new characters 😭😭

I got kazuha last year in 3.7 and he was the character that got me to beat floor 12 of the abyss for the first time (0 stars tho also can still not 9 star)
For the most players he's still probably really good. But for me, I regret getting him because the one team I play he's good in (Ayaka), he's such a damage downgrade for Furina.

Personally he’s always never worth pulling I saw his rerun after almost finishing liyue which is were he most needed for many new players due to low stamina and exploration characters plus I was almost done maxing Sucrose and hoyo didn’t help much making him the most boring undeveloped character on both main and character quests, I would admit kazowa is great for abyss like banat but besides that you are wasting gems on niche support
For the large part, the whole 'top 3' is subjective to begin with. Lyney may be hard to play but for those who can play him to his potential will get quite a lot out of him at C0R1, it all comes down to metrics.

I'd say C1 is definitely worth it if you have the extra pulls as it solves any issues with ER. c2 would be nice but isn't really needed either.

I got kazuha last year in 3.7 and he was the character that got me to beat floor 12 of the abyss for the first time (0 stars tho also can still not 9 star)

For the most players he's still probably really good. But for me, I regret getting him because the one team I play he's good in (Ayaka), he's such a damage downgrade for Furina.
Are we sure we talk about the same ayaka🤨? She cant live without kazuha man, her best team is either kazuha shenhe kokomi or furina kazuha charlotte, both use kazuha and he is irreplacable here

Personally he’s always never worth pulling I saw his rerun after almost finishing liyue which is were he most needed for many new players due to low stamina and exploration characters plus I was almost done maxing Sucrose and hoyo didn’t help much making him the most boring undeveloped character on both main and character quests, I would admit kazowa is great for abyss like banat but besides that you are wasting gems on niche support

For the large part, the whole 'top 3' is subjective to begin with. Lyney may be hard to play but for those who can play him to his potential will get quite a lot out of him at C0R1, it all comes down to metrics.
