Really appreciate you being here and glad you found me! I'm 50 years old and am currently the strongest I have ever been in my life. I've always been a small guy but always stayed in good shape. I've just always been lean. I decided about a year and a half ago that I wanted to be bigger. I work out nearly every day. It is rare that I ever miss a day. I don't go to a gym. I have a set of dumbbells at home that I work out with one day and the next day I do a 33 minute HIIT routine. Fitness Blender has a great channel on YT and I do the same one every other day. So I just do every other day...dumbbells and HIIT. I also have been experimenting with different diets. Right now I have 4 eggs scrambled in the morning with shredded cheese in it with a piece of ham. For lunch I have a protein drink and chicken breast and for dinner, I cook one pound of ground beef and put diced tomatoes in it with some taco seasoning and eat all of it. I also eat pineapple everynight with the beef. I literally have the same thing, every meal, every day. Every now and then I go out for lunch with a client or friend and every now and then I do go out to dinner but 99% of the time this is what I am eating and it seems to be working well. Thank you again for being here and keep up the work on your body and you will definitely get there. There are no fast results...just slow and steady. But...over time you will start to see it working.

I have a dog of 2 years A cat of 1 year that gave birth a month ago to 4 little kittens (3 males/1 female) 6 animals in total, 6 souls I am responsible of (all my family). I love them dearly , they are sweet angels all of them. Wishing you and the little beauties all the love, and health ♡

My girlfriend has a male cat as well and he's a freaking sweetheart, albeit he does scratch her sometimes when playing, but that is his nature LOL! Happy to always meet animal lovers, definitely the kindest people out there!
