In 2018 I was diagnosed MM and there were two fractures in my spinal code . First of all Dr. Nishantha Gunasekara reformed spinal doing a surgery and transferred to cancer unit for treatment . Then I had 16 chemo therapy . After born marrow transplant ... at the hospital Colombo... Dr Prasad Abesingha... By this time l m not having medicine and I appear to clinic in every three month .. Thank doctor in explanation .

It s observed per three months . Next day is 18.08. 2023 is to appear to the clinic at Maharagama,Sri Lanka. I m doing well. Thank you.

Sir, I am Rahul from Chandigarh. My father has Multiple myeloma stage 3A. Age is 74 with Bp, Diabetes and stunts in heart in 2019. His doctor is giving darzalex inj 800mg every week. Doctor is not giving BLD regime because father got chest infection after second chemotherapy of BLD plus Darzalex. So he decided to stop all other treatments. Only Darzalex 800mg is going on. Today, first cycle of Darzalex will be completed. I am not sure whether we are getting right treatment or not. Please guide me.

Sir my grandma is having multiple myeloma and doctor said she is in stage 3 radiation therapy is now scheduled for her she was having worst pain in her spine and doctor did an operation for that and there after she got 3 lumps in her leg.... After pet scan we got to know about the multiple myeloma..... Can you please tell how long will she live with chemo.....

You are having multiple myeloma?
My father was diagnosed with MM in 2015 and was given VTD then CTD for 4yrs and then it relapsed into High risk MM after that he was given Carfilzomib+ pomalidomide+ dexamethasone but unfortunately did not survive.. he survived 5yrs with MM. Didn't go for ASCT because of weak financial condition.
My father also has multiple myeloma.can you share any advice...it got relapsed again

@@madhavanmani if possible go for ASCT with high dose melphalan. As this is only option which can increase life. Other option is daratumunab(darzalex) but this is very expensive in india
