In India double cleansing method is going on from 1000sss of years back..we do this to babies but we tend to forget to do same as we grow up & follow other countries trend blindly
Washing my face with oil cleanser felt great but gave me a lot of acne - I cannot use any oil base products for my face unfortunately- so I use a miscelar water and then another 2 cleansers
TIP: Whatever you put into your body shows on the outside so if you have a good skincare routine but then eat junk food 24/7 its not going to give you effective results so try to limit sugar and salt
