Great tips! My only advice is to not keep the facemask on longer than the instructions tell you to, there are instructions for a reason and the skin doesn't absorb everything after a certain amount of time :)
Her Amazon store has the silicon masks & I used them for the first time tonight. Loved it. It felt good against my face & you can really do anything. I normally have to be still for 20 minutes and definitely not look down.
I’ve seen toners claim to do a lot of things but I’ve never seen one say it can increase the amount of liquid your pores can absorb- an exfoliating toner could remove dead skin buildup and therefore allow the sheet mask to reach newer layers, but a moisturizing toner wouldn’t necessarily do that. I don’t think it’s possible to increase your skin’s capacity for absorption with a product. (please correct me if I’m wrong! I’m not a scientist)

Using a sheet mask everyday isn't needed at all. I use sheet masks only when my skin needs it, or before an event.
