I worked with one of his sisters who is a twin in Durham at Brenntag Southeast. A chemical distribution company. She was in Sales. Awesome person and very down to earth. We use to tease her about how good looking her dad was when they showed him on TV when Duke played. This was in 2004/2005. I am glad I watched this because I heard so many bad things about him and I am a BIG UNC fan but now since I have heard about his regime and how structured he is, it answers a lot of questions. He is actually a nice person and to find out that he was in that fake fraternity being the only white guy, says a lot. Good interview and I wish him all the best on his next journey as a coach.

halfway through and so many stories, they guys never fail to bring to the light these guest personalities and it makes you understand them more! man what he said about being in love with the process and not just focusing on the result is crucial, and by the way he now carries himself you can see that he is focus and committed to the things he is doing now, recently i saw a video about the guards who were pick above Jalen Brunson, today they all playing overseas, staying at the biggest league and finding yourself and spot is not easy, today fame and social media help some players but back then was hard work.

Steeler Girl here💛🖤💛.. took me a day after watching the show to comment... I was SPEECHLESS..🤔. This was almost like Therapy. J Red can dissect Basketball & Life , his Life, bout like D.O can do Football. JRed was like Poetry in motion & you 3 did that & allowed him to Flow. No other PodCast would allow that. The Hosts normally wants to talk more than the Guest. Majority of any show w Celebrities as guest wants Drama, Messy Mess & Confusion. (Fred not having that) You 3 allow Real Men to talk from A-Z. From Childhood to College to NBA, Racism, Depression to Life in General... 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Do not worry about views. JRed 2nd Best looking White Man on Sports TV, behind D.O. Chan I agree, when I watch him on FirstTake even though Fine as can be, he did look like he was Mad at the World. I'm Glad for the Explanation. I believe he could have talked for 3 hrs & I would have listened... the way you 3 Listens to all your Guest, like they're teaching & you're learning, its POWERFUL... ❤❤❤ the SweatShirt Ryan.. (I got Blocked By Dawn Staley) my 3 Guys, Pray Together, Stay Together. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Was at Duke after JJ. He is an ICON for all Devils because we loved to be hated. Grew up a UNC fan but Grant Hill and a scholarship to play there changed all of that for me. J Will and JJ are the reasons most hate us after the Laettner years and we love the fact that he's shown who we really are. That most of the Duke crowd is plain jane and from humble beginnings but those 4 letters change everything for those of us who didn't have.

Taylor's 234 yards were not just a Jacksonville record, they were the most yards ever gained against a Pittsburgh defense, topping O.J. Simpson's 227 yards in 1975. His four touchdowns also touched history as he matched Jim Brown's four touchdowns against Pittsburgh in 1964.

If folks ever walk in to that BOO WILLIAMS arena, they would know just how COLD JJ REDDICK really was in VA. They retired his number! There is a banner with his name hanging from the rafters. BOO WILLIAMS is still the one AAU team all kids want to try out to join.

I played against your AAU team in the 2000s nationals with Randolph. Twice in college. Cool, seeing you now and how you elevated.

GREAT interview! They covered a lot of ground on a variety of topics, that makes a good interview (in my book). Was glad to hear RC ask about Adam Morrison! They didn't really talk too much about him, but I wish there was more talk about JJ's Senior year and the comparison to Adam.
