I have a pair of 10 year old socks I made from Stroll. They are indestructible, been through the washer a zillion times, still going strong, my favorite hand knit socks.
Stroll is my favorite and most used yarn line ever. Excellent socks, great sweaters, hats and accessories. Love the tonal, variegated and solid, will one day try the tweed. I wouldn't be upset if there was more solid colours added, even limited ones.
To add to the chorus, Stroll is lovely and soft. Last year I made a gradient pullover for my niece. To be sure of the four colors working together, I bought 3 of the four at my LYS, for the fourth, I chose a shade of Stroll which I already had in my stash, ordering the needed amount. Of the 3 different brands I ended up using, all 75% merino/25% nylon, Stroll was both the least expensive and the softest to the touch. I've also used a few of the Stroll Effects Tonals and love them too.
Stroll is my go-to for sock knitting. It it also works great for gloves and mittens.

So, so beautiful and soft! And super affordable! I epecially love the mini-packs. I'm knitting a mitered square blanket with my Stroll yarn.
