Ragnar is in a vulnerable emotional place. He has lost: Athelstan, One-Eye, Lief, Torstein (he used to hang out and joke with him). And he is astranged from: Lagertha, Floki, Aslaug, Rollo.. Even Bjorn is off doing his own thing. Not the time for Ragnar to start doing Chinese drugs with Yidu... Clive Standing/Rollo is such a good actor (and person) that you can't help but root for him. It's very hard NOT to like him, so we just keep giving him chances to improve.

Well, it should be said that our guys are danish from the country of denmark. In season 1 we met that fat guy who was supposed to marry the daughter of earl Haraldson; that guy was sweedish. and finally we meet king harald who's from norway. 3 different countries, sweeden, norway and denmark.
