I definitely don't think that men get as much pressure as women do based on their body image. It's a lot more socially acceptable to be bald than to be a fat woman. That being said I do remember feeling like I was never going to be attractive enough because I didn't have a six pack. I remember being 18 in running 6 miles a day because I wanted to lose weight to be able to have a six pack. Even when I was running that much I never lost enough weight to have it. By my mid twenties I realized that as long as I was happy with how I looked it didn't matter if I had a six-pack or not. As soon as I started enjoying myself for who I am it was easier for others to see that and want to share that with me. Just be healthy and love yourself, no one is perfect.
