We have "pagers" in New York they send out a series of beeping tones and than the dispatcher for the station comes over and tell us what our shout is.
Slightly different here. We have pagers what just alert us to respond to our station. The shout information is on a turnout sheet and/or mdt on the trucks
Being available 120hrs per week isn’t “Part time” 😏😂😂
