I feel every country need a Judge like this!!! I really love this man 👨 he is so delightful, kind, grandfather, that you need! He is just the very very best!! In a world where people are so unkind to each other. Yes we have to follow the rules of the law, however treating people with respect when making decisions is important. Judge You got it!!! This is a good hearted judge. Many judges wouldnt give a woman with a child a break. As specially a black or Latina. This is a great judge

I really enjoy checking out this channel, as a person in law enforcement, it reminds me that power does not have to get in your way of being compassionate towards people. There are way too many idiots who occupies judgeship in this country with a big ego problem.

What a fantastic Judge, not sure how the American court system works but here in the U.K. our judges are called magistrate's who deal with the minor offences and there are usually three on the bench so could feel quite intimidating to first time offenders and also they are usually quite stiff upper lipped. Now judge Caprio on the other hand is a very fare and just judge, it has been a pleasure to watch this series of videos on RUclips. Thanks for sharing these videos..

This happens to be an anomaly that this judge happens to be impartial and entertaining because Rhode Island is a corrupt state and the judicial system is basicly lawyers from third rate law schools who “buy” their judicial appointments through political contributions or are appointmented for who they know.All political hacks.

If not living or a resident in Rhode Island getting a ticket there can effect your drivers license with another state. Especially if in a state that uses a point system like where i'm at in WV you get 20 points they suspend your license until its reduced down to 11. So getting a ticket in a state like Rhode Island might not be a good tourist spot to get a ticket unless have a drivers license there

Does Rhode Island work on a point system? Example: in Missouri if you have three unpaid tickets not only do they place a warrant out for your arrest (which they enforce) but your Drivers License is suspended! I noticed some people on this show have 4-11 Parking Tickets or Speeding Tickets! Wow! I was wondering how is their drivers license not suspended?

Wow, watched some of these with interest. A good Judge ! Fair and with a sense of humour. I wish we had such lenient
fines here in the UK though ! Fines probably 3 to 4 times what he gives. Boot fees, towing and storage probably 4 times as much.

It is important what this judge does. He turns potentially terrifying court appearances into mostly positive experiences. If people are honest, they are rewarded. Caprio is clearly a humanitarian, rendering fair judgements depending on circumstances. Heh, I was typing this, and then Caprio starts talking about my very point! This should be the tack more judges take. It may mean that some people get away with their nonesense in error, but I doubt it is very many at all. This guy is SMART, and shrewd. Hopefully it will mean in the future that the people that go through his court will take away more respect for law enforcement.

Having judges spend a night in jail isn't a bad idea. Not as punishment, but so they know what people are going to experience. If you want a license to carry pepper spray, they hit you with pepper spray. Same thing for tasers.
