* Not covered in this video - the two founders of Bitcoin SV are Craig Wright and Calvin Ayre. Craig Wright (an Australian computer scientist) is famous for falsely claiming that he Satoshi Nakamoto and the inventor of bitcoin. He lost his case in a High Court judgment in the UK in March 2024, was called a lier by the judge in court, will need to pay at least £6 million in legal fees, and may face a future perjury and forgery trial after being referred to the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service).
BCH got some forking new features in it like CTOR and checkpoints. All non-compliant to Bitcoin protocol. They forked off , but keeping the ticker also die to Roger Ver Power of ownership here... BSV just keeps running same as Satoshi delivered
Some say BSV is not the fork but the OG. It has the original bitcoin addresses. Furthermore, BSV follows the white paper. BTC, and BCH are. Altered chains of Sitoshi’s vision. It may be wise to hold onto your BSV. It’s what all the hype was about from day one.
@@sang3Eta That is factually false. It is not even open to debate because there is very clear and precise definition of UTXO model of Bitcoin protocol: The 'coin' is defined as Chain of Digital Signatures. SegWit removes the digital signatures which literally breaks one of the fundamental rules of Bitcoin protocol. BTC is the fork buddy, and you clearly have no clue about what is Bitcoin or how it works. You should read the white paper sometimes.
@@sang3Eta oh and I forgot to add, the block size limit was temporary and never meant to be permanent. You think BTC with SegWit and 7tps, RBF which broke instant transactions and SPV is the actual Bitcoin protocol and is a threat to Fiat and banking system or Bitcoin that scales to over 1 million tps? lol... that just shows how uneducated, gullible and ignorant you are 🙂 Teranode is coming, and trust me, every word I said/wrote I mean 100%
Thanks James, i don't think it is that bad for Binance UK users, uk users can now either withdraw to a known crypto address network, or sell crypto to their financial account. Anyone tried this?
Thanks! The difference is that Kraken has already been registered to operate in the UK with the FCA for a while and Binance wasn't, so no changes likely for Kraken in the short-term I think given that the trial won't even take place until 2025 and it might only be fined if they lose.
They need to sue the guy who pretended to be Satoshi and created BSV (Bitcoin Satoshis Vision). He sold them a fake. Auction sites refuse to sell fakes. It's not anti-competion.
I got 2 Question- can i borrow money from direct loan lenders can i invest in crypto? 2- if get credit card & withdraw the money from ATM machine & deposited into my personal bank account to invest in crypto am i break any rules? If so can my money be seized?
Thnx James.... very useful to know about this court case. I imagine this court action is independent of Binance being able to register to operate in UK with FSA? The regulatory process is independent of any shortfalls Bianance may have and hence fighting it out in the Court... I mean this court case may not result in banning Binance from operating in UK outright? I use binance services but cannot onboard or offboard fiat, and cannot take part in its Launchpool or Earn services.... really annoyed with FSA for this limitations
Your content is very useful and articulate! I’m very grateful for your channel, it helps me a lot! I would recommend slightly more passion in your voice and expressions to make them even more listenable 🙏🙏 thanks so much for your hard work
There are no, and will be no, criminal charges against Craig Wright Have you not realised by now that its everyone else who called him a fraud and colluded by attacking BSV with social media propaganda and exchange delistings, that has ended up with law suits against them?
The exchanges look to have colluded by delisting BSV Got me a bag of BSV Teranode testing with AWS delivered 1M TPS on average, could be good when they launch

BSV is the actul Bitcoin
BTC is a SegWit fork created in 2017
Segwit (segregated witness) is not a fork. Bitcoin Cash (BCH), with a larger block size, was the fork.

Why did you not mention the name of Bitcoin SV creator Craig Wright , who is due to face criminal charges in Uk court ?.
Good point, thanks. Will add a comment in the video and description about him and Calvin Ayre...
