Going by the other videos of this same exact thing happening it seems to be on an event trigger of how much is donated when offline compared to how much is donated while online and how much is charged back. For Twitch they have to pay the payment processor for every transaction. You buy bits? Twitch pays a percentage of the cost of the total you spent but also if you make a charge back Twitch has to give back all the money and pay another transaction fee. To many charge backs and it is not profitable anymore if it was at all.
That's just a regular Vtuber path on Twitch: 1.Setting up an account. 2. Slowly and steadily building your fanbase. 3. Becoming a Partner [sic] 4. Getting banned.
the biggest Problem is.... RUclips isnt much better. RUclipsrs switch to Twitch because of bad support and Twitch Streamers switch to RUclips because of bad Support.....
I think what she’s implying here isn’t that she’s leaving twitch, but that she’s diversifying her income, instead of fully relying on twitch, since she was banned for an entire month and lost quite a bit of revenue because of the incompetence of twitch, in helping her with this situation. Multi Streaming is the way to got for the future, if you really want don’t want to lose all of your revenue just because either a bot or staff a) screw you over. Either by accident or by spite
@@rayvang2536 i did understand that. But RUclips has similiar issues. It will not be long until the first one gets screwed by both. What do you do as Creator if the both biggest Platforms ruin your work?
@ try to spread your content to as many channels as possible. Yeah they all have their issues. But by at least spreading your content by multiple channels she will at least be less screwed if one of them goes bad. That’s what mean.
Cause you also gotta remember she lost money for nearly all of the winter month. She had 0 revenue on twitch, which was her main source of income, so by spreading her focus instead of focusing most on twitch’s she will still have a channel to stream to, and earn income too
@ multiple channels are a double-edged Sword. Because for the Platform, this can count as punishment-evasion, depending on how they punish your alleged wrongdoings. If that happens, your channels not only get nuked, your existence gets vaporised with Zero chance to return to the Platform. Dont get me wrong, technically its a working Method, but its just a band aid on a ripped open Leg. The Platforms have to do better, craft their rules well, enforce them correctly and have working support systems. In the last few Years, i heard more than enough Stories about how YT and Twitch work....
The reason why when a legal notice is sent she gets unbanned is Twitch does not have the funds to fight a legal battle that they might lose and gain nothing from fighting. Twitch most likely had their own lawyer look at the evidence sent to them as required by USA law to give to the other party in your legal action. The lawyer most likely said they would lose as MotherV3 had a case for lose of income on top of just removing her ban if it went to court. Lose of income which will be calculated on how much she would make in December for each month she would banned. When Twitch would lose they also would have to pay all her legal fees. So on the accounting sheet it is cheaper for Twitch to allow her to get unbanned vs taking her to court as she poses no threat to Twitch's ability to make money so the unban request going through will not hurt twitch. If anything it helps Twitch to have MotherV3 unbanned then to ban her.
Yeah no no, not how you're supposed to appeal. You do it the regular one and THEN you're supposed to make a big stink about it on social media and then when they start taking shots from everyone online for incompetency then they'll backpedal and fix it. And then if that doesn't work, then you take it to the legal team. Classic internet company support.
If I had a twitch channel and a legal team (I have neither, obviously), then legal would be dealing with these issues hour 0. I wanna see Twitch say "go to the appeal section after we made a bot reject your appeal" to a lawyer's face.
you know the simple fix for this. Its not hard but Twitch being twitch wont do so. The fix is, have sub purchases, bit purchases and donation purchases be on the account of the person. Meaning Joe Anyone can buy a Sub/bits affixed to his account along with a rechargeable donation amount. Then if this happens again its the account who made the charge back that will be in hot water, not the streamer themselves. Its very simplified but this would add a layer of protection for the streamer themselves
It would be great if someone created a Streaming platform for VTubers, and not using mentally challenged people as moderators. Twitch can do this because it has no competitors. If it had a strong competitor, everything would be different.
Well, you see, your problem is that you’re a Vtuber. You need to stream with your actual physical body to be taken seriously. Just make sure your chassis is fully opaque and covered, or you’ll be flagged for nudity.
We all know what twitch is about, they'll sing to streamer with a very hateful agenda happy birthday, they'll take and wont give with the given opportunity lately. But ya know... Vtubers bad as shown by twitch staff
Ah yes, Twitch not beating the Allegations.
Twitch seems to have some of the worst support i've ever seen
@verictorga The only thing worse is their Twitch Rivals Staff
Might be the same people who knows
They're never beating the allegations
But they never punish game devs. I remember de literally showing rule 34 on stream. (this was long before the rule was written to allow nudity in art)
Twitch hates vtubers, youtube hates vtubers and asmr. Maybe we need more than two sites run by megacorps or something.
well then hire some web designers, graphic designer, design designers and get some servers and make a video sharing site, easy
Woah the voice is something I didn't expect
It's a guy btw. I'm not a hater, it's actually a guy behind the model. He's revealed his real voice before, lol
@LosttRebel im aware, it's just the voice is so much better now than the last time I've seen him
@@LosttRebelthat was her brother for an April fools day prank.
@@Bestyjayeah, same take. Last time it was different. And this being the first video in a while for me, wow. It sounds amazing
