Can you say anything about how you pick the starch for your custards/gels? What's the practical difference between cornstarch, arrowroot, kudzu, etc in this application?

since when is yeast vegan?
The only thing I disapprove is the "vegan butter". Use coconut oil instead. Trans fats are bad 😅
