i like this version of plague because it feels like actually what it is meant to be (slower controlish DK that isnt triple blood) not a random late game card slapped as filler on aggressive deck like triple unholy or old 2 unholy 1 frost.
Yeah, Frost was never really a good fit for what this package wants to do. Even the frost card made for the package (Frozen Over) didn't feel good, since you can potentially overdraw the plagues if your opponent is playing a control deck, which is what the deck is meant to counter.
I wish the weapon and other Plague cards were single unholy so that you could have double blood, single unholy with stuff like Blood Boil, Corpse Explosion, and Asphyxiate
People playing Rat in turn two thinking that it's going to disrupt a combo, but forget that there are more than combo pieces used in most decks. As well as those combo pieces are usually evenly statted, so they usually have to deal with a large body. But it gets even worse with Titans, because if they don't have an answer, it just gives the opponent so much value for free
I run mine with frost honestly just being able to set up some games where you can burst your opponent for a lot because frost gives you a lot of draw if your opponent is afraid to draw to keep up then it puts you in a good spot.
Maybe instead of Body Bagger, you can run Finley for when Helya is on the bottom of your deck, Pozzik for extra pressure, Rustrot Viper for psuedo-draw and anti-Ignis tech, or even Okani?
Nah I changed him out from the 8 drop that fills your board with taunts. Works way better for what this is trying to do and it allows you toi actually use corpses
The only thing that could improve these plague deck videos is if the music was "The Plagues" from Prince of Egypt. I will just have to settle for listening to it on my other speakers
I ran into one of those priests with this deck last night. The game took forever with them just being the most annoying ass, but they had no real plan.
Hard evidence you don't need to be good at Hearthstone to get to high legend. That first game Priest...there are few moves you can make that are as stupid and as bad as playing Dirty Rat with no follow up.
@@drpeppy635 There is no excuse for a Control Priest to not be running a steam cleaner (ETC was virtually made for Control decks to slot utility) so its really no excuse for terrible play. Hell even just dropping Dirty Rat to hit Helya on turn 2 is an absurd concept as they are more likely to not have Helya in hand at that point then they are.
@@drpeppy635 Control Priest is actually insanely good at beating Plague DK. Very often they have Steamcleaner (inside ETC) and the deck hardly draws any cards, they just cycle Discover in their hand or tutor specific minions and spells from the deck. I think I can count on one hand the number of times I've beaten Control Priest with Plague DK. They even have silence for your Kvaldir, and multiple ways to copy and "heal" for dozens of HP off your Primus.
Oh look, another smartass... as someone already explained, they need to Rat out Helya asap. And most Plague DK go full Unholy, so the risk to pull smtg really big is small. And even if the Giant is pulled, its still worth the chance to get rid of Helya.
When I’m looking at the cards and he is only in my peripheral, then my brain automatically convinces itself that the bobbing up and down means he urgently needs to pee, and I sympathetically check on him before correcting myself
His volume gets out of control, not just because of his distance from the mic needing settings adjustment, but he's also much more likely to start raising his voice which makes it all worse.

Incredible how these priests cant stop the urge to play Dirty Rat without any followup 😂😂
i prefer an aggressive deck for plague. hitting their face for most of the time plus the impending threat of plague is massive pressure.
At 8:45, if that hero power goes into the minion, he stabilizes.
I was thinking the same thing
Keep up the good work Kibler

The mic peaking is kinda uncomfortable.
Just built this deck with zero games in Death Knight and won 8 games in a row(rank is not good), really fun beating up the annoying Druids.
Love you bro
Woe
Plague be upon ye
Unless you don't draw them, then plagues not be besettin' ye.
10:13 Plague DK in a nutshell.
All, the, pretty girls walk like this *insert dynamic compilation of Brian walking*

I imagine helya makes it nearly unwinnable for them so you’d want to rat it before they can draw more minions
Control priest players not dropping dirty rat on 2/without any answers available challenge (impossible) (they just can't stop)

Are you walking?
He uses a walking mat I seen a few streamers use that kind of kewl, it is underdesk treadmill I believe
i watch a lot of kibler but id like to just put in my input that these treadmill videos are much worse than non treadmill videos. Not sure why

I agree with you
