This is an ad for the Peanuts Home Video line from Paramount. It appears before the You're the Greatest, Charlie Brown/Snoopy's Reunion video.
Warner Home Video owns the DVD rights to the Peanuts shows and specials; I'm not sure if all of these specials are even in print. The major holiday specials are.
All characters were created by Charles Schulz, creator of what I think is the second greatest comic strip of all time (nothing will even top Calvin and Hobbes; Peanuts is close though)
