Thank you guys for a great video! i'm really appreciate you having me on your "spotlight" to be able to tell my story ;) keep the great job and keep doing what you love doing! Thanks to everyone for the kinds word, nice to hear that many people enjoyed the video ;)
No matter who you are or where you come from, old or young, rich or poor, in the end it's the passion for what you do that counts. This story is so typical of the ones you find so often and only in places like the Ring. Authentic, wonderfully immaterial, highest respect for his attitude. yes, I had also seen such an old man in 2013, I also found it very special. He had come from Italy with a camper van and trailer with his car on the back. He was easily retired and probably between 60 and 70. I'm sure he was full of anticipation every metre he travelled from Italy and got closer to the ring. Just as "crazy" as when he was young, he wanted the same as me, he felt the same as me, different age, different country, different looks, different life, but in the end he was my older self from Italy, it was his chosen path of freedom. Great Story Moran ✌🏻
I was lucky enough to have a couple of passenger laps with Moran in this car a few years ago - an unforgettable experience! Great car, great driver. Thank you.
Loved this video. It got me thinking: why is it so enjoyable watching someone else driving 'this' track? It is not like other 'Ring track videos. The drive was great but the story behind it and the love of driving that Moran shares is definitely what makes it so watchable. Stock engine, being fast without massive horsepower, driver knowledge, no ego, not having to be the fastest..... perfect! Great format, great editing and production. Completely underrated as ever - one day people will realise what they have been missing.
Everyone has their own way of stress relief. driving a car in a track for me is the best thing. even knowing that the next day your back will hurt from g force straped to that bucket seat XD
Loved this episode, loved the guest with a great mentality, loved your editing I found the lap slip and in the middle of the speach is a great add to the content of the guest, it pulls you in into the the monologue in such a way I felt I was watching a movie, which leads me to my final comment. Nearly 22 minutes passed and I didn't stop to check comments, how much time it was left, nothing! You nailed in sucking me into this one, awesome job guys!!! For real!! Keep up the good work, I'm loving your journy.
That guy gets it. I was the same way. Stock engine E36, work on the suspension, brakes and mostly my driving. I'm sure this guy is 1000% quicker than I ever was, but that is not the point. The point is it made me feel good and BMW's are really just great tools for learning to drive better. I'm sure my car has higher limits than I will ever have, but that is what makes the journey fun. I was to "need" a faster car someday because it will be the car holding me back, not my driving holding us back. :) Cheers and nice vid.
Moran is one of the best drivers on a E90 325i V4-VLN production car, and just unbeatable in wet conditions. Regengott it's his nickname here. Greetings from the Sorg Rennsport tire-department. Nice video, by the way!
They don't call it 'ring worm for nothing - it burrows into your brain and has you absolutely hooked from the start and Moran's infectious enthusiasm for the place epitomises this :).
9:19- This statement alone should qualify his "OLH" inclusion!.. Above and beyond those amazing engine sounds...did my ears detect the sweet, sweet, sound of straight cut gearing? Nice! 👊 Edit: Note to self...NO BEERS WHILE WATCHING OLH!.. (comment editing 🍻)
The video has an amazing flavour and it's so much more than a mods list feature. The soundtrack is epic and I like his meticulous driving stile, especially the downshifts, as I see many professional drivers not rev matching even in historic machinery (not in Group Cs as they'd be instantly dead). I really like the idea of splitting the onboard, as I often get bored at them especially if it's 8min laps. I can see a bit of myself in him, meaning I don't talk at all unless it's about cars, and then apologize for my pointless monologues. Hope all of you watching from the Ardennes are mostly allright
I'm sure Moran and his car have inspired a lot of people over the years (including myself). Great spotlight ! Maybe you can put a quick speclist in the description.
Great video, love the free flowing nature of conversation. Moran-still remember the passenger lap in this e46,and what a lap it was 👍 Aciu from mad Lithuanian 😜
Moran forgot to mention how often he has to replace the rod bearings and valve cover seals! Joking, joking (kinda). The car looks incredibly stable and well damped and I love how relaxed his hands are on the wheel. You can tell he's completely at one with this car and track. Maybe I missed it, but what's he running for shocks and springs on the car?
Moran, you're fully excused for leaving Israel. And don't apologize for talking a lot while you're expressing your deepest feelings and your motivation for keeping on doing what you're doing. It's okay. You're okay. Todà raba, achi. ;-)

Well said that is the bond between all true car enthusiasts

I don’t envy many things mate but the only thing I would prefer more would be to have a drive of it myself. Massively jelly of your experience.
Philosophy, the meat of OLH, and why I'm such a big fan.

Love the fact that the car is in a close to original form. Thank you. Not selling mine anytime soon. Wanted one from 2008.

Fantastic video, loving the relaxed driving style, also learned the track on GT.
agreed him being so relaxed and making it look very easy.
Yes, finally a video on this beautiful car - great!
The quality that's put into this video is insane from camera work to audio. Overall that's a dream e46 m3 for sure

I have been waiting for a review of this man and his car. He's such a great driver and the car is set up well.
Excellent Vid well put together. Nothing like a boy and his toy with big dreams
You're right - it doesn't get any better than this 😍

Had to pause this…… what a fucking DRIVER!!👏👏
do you know what was said at 0:24? All I hear is "don't lean on it in the fucking video" and the guy instantly gets off lol. savages
It was a small chat we had and Gabbi said that it’s must be in the video ;)
I always have been a fan of the guy-car combo!
Aha, "Mr. Get Away Driver" when he puts on his sunglasses.

Seems like your car is well balanced. What suspension set up do you have? Tires? Air pressure? Thx
