    Please provide details about the return policy of CJ that will be more helpful rather than explaining what to do or don't . All dropshipper knows this .As a supplier you explain yours.

    I wonder if they made this video after I complained about the huge amount of returns I got because they shipped fragile items in poly bags.

    Please tell me if we use 6 to 10 days shipping time ...Then product will be delivered to customer within 6 to 10 days or any delays???

      thanks for reply! we recommend to check the product inventory first when you are ready to sell something, since the processing time are not included in shipping. To lower the risk of delay as much as possible, you can edit the shipping policy on your store according to the info from supplier, or make some notes on the product page or the social media platform in advance to indicate the possibility of any changes on the shipping time when you got increasing orders suddenly.

      @@giorgiomindset updated notice, there are delays to the US nowadays for the backlog of orders for carriers, 8-22days for USPS, 12-25days for CJ PACKET

    Do the electronical products have a EU/CE certification or insurance? What happens when for instance a house got on fire due to a CJ charger. Who is responsible en paying for the costs?

    Hello 👋🏻 I'm a bit confused. When adding an item to my list. under vendor, idk what to put I was told by my agent to put my store name. But other people say to put CJ Dropshipping.

      Hi there! thanks for your question! For the most part, the vendor is used to mark down the manufacturer, wholesaler, or another vendor for the product. It can be used to filter your product list. Vendors are not visible to customers, and it won't show up on the package, so you may enter the info you prefer.
