HI, Nice set up, with the bar ends what size did you get as there seems to be small med & large, not sure what the size is reference to? But don’t wont to order a pair on line and there to long :0 if you could let me know and what you thought of them it would be most helpful, thank you.

Hi Clive, these are Ergon GP3 grips with integrated bar ends. I purchased the Small size. I think they only come in Small or Large and refer to the overall width for your palm to rest on and the depth of the grip - referenced to the the size of your hands. However, this can be a bit of a hit or miss when it comes to actual comfort so it may be worth trying both sizes out. For me personally, they are one of the best upgrades on my bike given that I'm a leisure rider so put comfort over speed!

Is that the crosstrail expert? How does it ride?

Yes, it's a CrossTrail Expert Carbon. It rides silky smooth! It's a very easy bike to ride and control. It soaks up small bumps really well as the seatpost is a very high quality Specialized CG-R which is carbon and has a Zertz insert for shock absorption. Downsides: a little front-heavy as the fork isn't carbon although it does contain Specialized's 'Fitness Brain' tech to work out how you're riding and adapt, and the brakes are a not that great. However, overall, it's a fantastic bike.

Taz Thanks I thought of getting it too because Im used to carbon bikes. I wanna get something I could use to go to the gym or mall without taking my high end roadie with me.
