This type is not for the average. Anyone can do their traditional wedding any way they want because it doesn’t have format. The most important thing is the marriage rites and most importantly bride price which is the main marriage. Other things can follow according to what they want. My marriage rites and bride price were done inside the sitting room respectively in the village with few people and a lot to eat, drink and even take home. Then I and my husband were not around for the traditional marriage where Umunna, Umuada and Umunwanyi came to eat and share their drinks and soap as tradition demands, while Umunna eat their goat and yam. All those were the things that were brought previously during the marriage rites.
I didn’t want stress and my husband said it’s fine.
