We don’t see it that often but I love when Luffy makes calls as captain, like telling Sanji to protect and escape with Vegapunk. It’s a cool reminder that they are a pirate ~crew~ and also it shows that Luffy is more than just a good fighter, he’s also a good decision maker when it comes down to it and overall just a good captain. Reminds me of how he fought Katakuri to let the rest of the crew escape

Correction: Luffy was able to land some hits on Saturn but you can clearly see after his attack he doesn’t seem to be fazed, and rather is quite annoyed which is why he called the other gorosei to get rid of the problem faster

Saturn kinda has been getting punked on by Luffy, but isn’t under any actual threat and doesn’t appear to have a time limit either unlike Luffy.

People over hype the Queen fight and think Sanji can fight first commanders when Queen isn’t even a first commander and he’s not a solid haki user either. Sanji is very strong but he has to advance his haki to the next level before he becomes a threat to a top tier like the admirals.
From what I understand, Zoro and Lucci spent most of their time arguing rather than fighting. It wasn't until Jinbei showed up that they fought.

Luffy is a Yonko. Hes the same class as Kaido, Big Mom, Shanks, and White Beard. If the Gorsei could beat Yonko’s 1v1 or 2v1 they would have already done so. Yonko isn’t just a title, it’s a class of strength and danger to the World Government.
Individually all the Yonko were one person disasters, forces of nature. Think of what White Beard did with one swing, causing a tornado. Kaido could easily disintegrate mountains. Big Mom could go on a rampage and kill 1000s of people with her devil fruit by extracting their souls.

Lucci isn't going down that easily even against OG Zoro, he's damn durable, Zoro IS struggling, they're at an equal footing right now
1) Zoro is "struggling" with only 2 swords and no ACOC. That's like Luffy struggling with only G2 and basic armament.
2) And not only that. Lucci is clearly not as durable as Kaido, yet he's not getting cut by Zoro like Kaido was.
There's absolutely no way to claim they're equal or Lucci is genuinely holding an all-out Zoro based on these two facts. Zoro is visibly and verifiably holding back whereas Lucci is in his strongest form.
