@Derp Inshmurtz I understand completely. I’m really conflicted at the moment, I absolutely hate what’s going on with Blizzard in regards to the lawsuit and I should ideally unsubscribe from WoW, but at the same time I like playing it casually and to be honest I think it’s more fun playing it casually.
@@kreenbopulusmichael7205 you’re right, it is sad. It’s just horrible what’s happened and I hope Blizzard get what they deserve. I used to be quite an excessive player about this time last year, but I think I decided to play casually not because of myself and the situations I had at the time with life, but I was starting to find how truly shitty blizzard was as a company. The first time I caught wind of this myself was the whole Blitzchung situation in 2019, since I’m a supporter of the HK protests and I managed to see them when I stopped off in HK for a few days on my travels in Asia.
Proud of you brother, I always loved your passion when talking about other games you obviously cared about and I kinda phased out of your videos because of my lack of interest in WoW in recent years but if you're going to be covering other stuff I'll be here
It actually did. We still apparently have at minimum one more WoW video. But honestly, I would love to see Madseason cover basically anything. He could be talking about the Spice Girls and I would listen.

I understand, I started playing Wow 3 months after it was released and this expansion I felt like it was more a chore than a pleasure to play, seeing all of the flashbacks to different times made me sad of letting go as well but that time has passed and we need to just be happy when we think of the good times we got to experience in its hay day.
Madseason, it is an honor to be included in one of your videos. It sucks that you've been pushed to quit honestly, the game is going down a bad road, but I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of new content you'll be making now, thanks for all the great WoW content you've made over the years

I am SO excited to see what's coming next! WE ARE NOT PREPARED :)
I've been playing WoW since I was born (no that's not an exaggeration) so the whole shit going through Blizzard right now is... It's jarring. I remember when my dad and I would sit on the couch and I would force him to stay on the loading screen so I could watch Sindragosa fly around the Citadel, land, roar, then leave. It would make my day. When Cataclysm came out, it was the same. He and I figured out the character limit of 50 because I would create a character, get it up to level 10, then ignore it and make a new one. Over and over and on and on again. But it made my day. And his too. I used to always try to convince my friends to play WoW because it was a great game, it was fun, engaging, and awesome. Now, I've been doing the opposite. It hurts my soul, and honestly, it's been such a challenge to leave it behind. However, seeing such wonderful creators like you choose the path of leaving it behind has given me the confidence and courage to leave it as well. It'll be a pain to leave everything I've worked on behind, but at the same time, there's so much more to explore. I could not have made this difficult decision without such amazing people as you starting the chain and showing that it can be done. Thank you so much, MadSeason, for all the content you've given and for giving me the inspiration to call it quits on WoW myself! Keep being such a good creator and such a good person!
Keep those memories close to your heart, friend. The game might be over, but those memories are forever. I enjoyed reading your experiences. Very wholesome.
"It hurts my soul, and honestly, it's been such a challenge to leave it behind." Wow, you really need to quit. It is just a game, and it is affecting your mental health.
Why did the last few minutes make me feel like I was watching a tragic ending to a series I was very invested in. 😪 Anything you do you'll always have fans I wish you the best!

@@bargaintuesday812 Well I shouldn't say never but here it goes. There will never be a MMO game as popular as WoW, they had so many factors helping them because lets face it, it has never been the best or even closest to the best MMO out there. People might get passionate about other games and do content for them but the views will not be the same. An example is all the reaction channels that did GoT reactions, most of them do other shows too but the hype and amount of people watching GoT gave them 2, 3, 5, 10 and sometimes 100 times as many views on a GoT video as on other show reactions.

I mean, I don't really know what to say outside of the fact that this is really fucking sad. And I'm not pointing that at Mad. But at Blizzard. I've not played WoW for 8 years but my time spent in the game before that was a huge part of my life. I vicariously play WoW through people like Mad and it's finally come to ahead that a 15 year old player is done with something he'd call his life passion. And it's just a collapse of abhorent behavior. Both within business and personal relationships. Just abhorent all around. It's disgusting and heart breaking.
