Condo no thanks. My mother in law pays $1200.00 a month in Condo fees in Newmarket Ontario. She is in a low rise 3 storey building. That is a huge monthly payment for a senior on a fixed income.
True. If she owned a house it may have been paid off but she would also be paying maintenance if she hires landscapers, she’ll have to maintain the house whenever something breaks or deteriorates, etc. We definitely see that cost right upfront with condos but houses do cost money to upkeep as well. It’s a matter of which lifestyle you prefer and what budget you have.
@@johnderperez Yes I realize that. But 15k a year for fees more than pays your property tax and leaves 10k or more for maintenance per year. I don't know anyone who needs to spend that much unless they need to re-shingle a roof or maybe a new furnace or driveway redo. Money wasted imo.
@@MEDEDOMEyes agreed, condos have elevators, electrical and plumbing systems, common elements, security guards, property managers, larger landscapes to maintain, lawsuits, etc. I’d presume too that condos have higher maintenance in the long run than houses.
Hello Friend, I analyzed your RUclips channel and found some problems, why the video views and subscribers not increasing, would you like to talk about it for a moment?

@@bilko_4732 Only property taxes and water. Internet, phone, heating and AC is paid by the owner.
