I faced a cheater today. I watched two replays and reported him on both because he's looking straight at marker all the time. This replay is from Fields of Normandie. Player: ASH_IRQ ID: 149957625 Replay: 221669945119596947
A lot of cheaters seem to have gotten frustrated somewhere in the learning cliff of War Thunder and as a result none of them can lead targets worth a damn, and I think that's why this dude likes the LOSAT. It's just another assist that this kinda player uses to avoid gitting gud - you never need to figure out how much to lead when your 'bullet' aims as it flies, same as he went out of his way to cheat to see where people are because he wasn't good enough to spot people himself. Also he's doing it in sim because there are higher rewards, that's pretty much guaranteed to be the only reason.
Because Viking doesn't take screenshots of people doing stuff like this. It only takes screenshots when the kill is sus. Which none of what this guy did is going to trigger the system to think he's cheating. It doesn't account for people looking through things with no apparent sightline. It looks for stuff like shooting a heli out of the sky with a sabot. Happened to me Friday. Heli hovering about 1000m away. I didn't have a LRF, but guessed it was about 1200m away. I missed and over shot, so adjusted and smashed them. Five seconds later my game flickers and then crashes a few seconds after that. Wasn't moving at all, just hovering there. I should definitely quit if I missed that shot the second time. Of course the time I got back into the game I was dead and was severely punished unjustly for the rest of the day with abysmal MMR.
@@texasslingleadsomtingwong8751 Yup, it's clearly some system they have. While it may not think you're cheating necessarily, they're definitely standing on your head to limit your exp. You can't tell me there are people who play R3 and low R4 religiously and stand at 300k++ on the SL leaderboards and have hit 2.5+ million SL matches without some cater system. I know they stand on my head constantly. I've been playing utterly awful lately because I have no other choice. I'm still 170k deep on the 2A5 and stopped to fully unlock the Gepard 1A2 just to be a little more competitive. Playing normally how I know I can with normal teams on each side. I'd have them before Friday. It's rigged like a casino. Ethics violations committed daily. The game is anything, but skill based. If a bad team doesn't bring you down. Your tank gets progressively slower, your reload slightly longer, your connection diminishes, your PL rises, your shells dramatically lose efficacy and don't create shrapnel anymore. They'll literally keep you alive through 10 shots so half their team can get an assist on you. If this is the average experience how do people not see this and quit. Like these videos show, very obvious cheaters in the game daily that never get punished. Yet, it's illegal to be decent at the game. They don't care about cheating, they care about people making the game look easy to normal players and showing it doesn't have to take two years to unlock R8. Honestly it's about two months of consistent games from a decent player. They do the same thing in every studio. I wouldn't be surprised if cheaters aren't who's keeping the bills paid these days. The game is F2P, banning a cheater won't matter anyway so why actually care or waste money on functioning AC or enforcement. Let them feel like they got their money's worth and they'll keep buying new copies or prem vehicles in this case. Blizzard does it, will let people cheat for months before banning them so they'll turn around and buy another copy and resub. This is documented too, it's not some theory.
Funny how all the "cheats" are things Gajin put in the game, cheats are sold in packs with premiums, gee I wonder how that works? Can we hear another low IQ answer to this

Is that match maker ? If so I've been bludgeoning by it after a couple really good matches.
