    Here's a simple recipe for making Papdi Chaat, a popular Indian street food:
    Ingredients:
    *For the Papdi:*
    - 1 cup all-purpose flour
    - 2 tablespoons semolina (rava)
    - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda optional
    - 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
    - 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - Salt to taste
    - 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
    - Water, as needed
    - Oil, for frying
    *For the Toppings:*
    - 1 cup boiled chickpeas
    - 1 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
    - 1 cup plain yogurt
    - 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
    - 1/2 cup green chutney (coriander-mint chutney)
    - 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
    - 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    - Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles)
    - Pomegranate seeds (optional)
    Instructions:
    *1. Prepare the Papdi:*
    1. In a bowl, mix the flour, semolina, baking soda, carom seeds, cumin seeds, and salt.
    2. Add melted butter or ghee and mix well.
    3. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.
    4. Roll out the dough into thin circles on a lightly floured surface.
    5. Heat oil in a pan for frying. Fry the rolled dough circles until they are crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels and let them cool.
    *2. Assemble the Papdi Chaat:*
    1. Arrange the papdis on a serving plate.
    2. Top each papdi with a little bit of boiled chickpeas and chopped potatoes.
    3. Drizzle yogurt over the papdis, then add tamarind chutney and green chutney.
    4. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and red chili powder on top.
    5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, sev, and pomegranate seeds (if using).
    *3. Serve:*
    - Serve immediately to enjoy the crispiness of the papdis and the fresh, tangy flavors of the toppings.
