Hi just to let you know. Be careful with the table. I bought one from homesence & it had little bugs in the wood that turned into little moth like insects. Hard to get rid off them. Just keep eye out for them. You will notice little sawdust first on floor. That’s them trying to get out. Good luck with it.

Hi Freya, I’m so pleased you are feeling better. I’ve had Covid twice and been vaccinated and have the boosters because of health issues, and it really is not nice but luckily it does pass quite quickly but stays in your system for a while after your symptoms go away. Xxx

I enjoyed the book Lessons in Chemistry. Yet to watch the TV series. I am loving The Traitors! And I think Harry is playing a great game. I hope he wins too. I didn’t watch the first series. I will watch it when this one ends. Obsessed with Claudia and her knitwear!

I've had flu systems sickness couldn't keep anything down violent headache achy hooping cough. That was2wks crap start 2024. Hope you get over yrs quick. Doctor told me loads going round.🥰

I love gory thrillers, so if I was you, I'd try the while series of Chris carter starting obviously with his 1st book if you Google it and the move on, it's just easier because the books have the same characters so it kinda follows on xx

Had affecting you must be ill ! Glad you better I believe I had had it too did a test but i think my test kit is too old or not picking up on the new strain but headaches cough no energy my face pain was awful I have had it in 20 /21 and 4 vacs x

Why not just take each drawer out of your white unit as is and put the drawers aside still full and then the carcass of unit easy to move and you can just put each drawer back in with its contents still in them when youre ready to, will save you a wee bit work . Glad youre on the mend now xx 😊❤

I did wonder where you were on sunday, glad you are feeling better, im so lucky, Ive never had covid, my whole family have had covid 2 or 3 times, as we have nurses, pharmacists and 2 doctors, and they spread it , but I know that I will catch it at some point . Ive got my new furniture from Still and Bloom coming tomorrow, you cost me a fortune . lol

Try a magic eraser on your book to get the mark off let us no if it works, if it works on walls and stuff I don't see why it wouldn't x

Hi @Freya Farrington. Happy Belated Birthday! I woke with a sore throat on 28th December. By the evening, achy, high temp 39.7, HR 135 bpm, passing urine every 30 mins. I thought I had strep A & a kidney infection! I too saw my GP on 29th. Not Strep A. He told me high temperature can make you pass urine frequently. Told me to go home & do lateral flow test. If I'd not thought it was a kidney infection,I would have tested & not seen the GP 🤦♀️. He had it the week before Christmas! After 2 days I too had congestion/sinusitis/productive cough. My birthday was 1st Jan......so video calls for NYE & gifts left in my porch! Sister & nephews stood 4 metres up back garden. I wore a mask & opened presents at back door. Thankfully nobody caught it off me. I caught it Christmas Eve......stupidly went to midnight mass & woman in front was coughing. I saw family Christmas day & Boxing Day. So relieved they weren't ill too. I ended up with nose spray too, antivirals & 2 courses of antibiotics for secondary bacterial chest infection. Day 13 i tested negative & started wheezing 🤦♀️. Started on prednisolone steroids after a visit to A&E last Thursday. The stetoids have helped a lot. I feel like I've lost 3 weeks. My Christmas tree is still up as I've had no energy to take it down. Its ok to leave it up until Candlemas on 2nd Feb! I feel like i need to clean everything in sight since I've breathed Covid over everything 😂
So many friends have had Covid-19 too. It's still good to test and let GP know. It meant i got antivirals. Also if ever anyone got long covid, having evidence you've had covid would make it easier getting a referral! I hope you make a full recovery.
I've had Covid 3 times and each one the symptoms were very different. I don't think it hurts to do a Covid Test. I inform my GP so that it can be recorded so that the data goes to WHO so that they can work out where viruses are travelling
Just to make you aware Freya, there is no need to be doing covid testing now. If symptomatic with respiratory symptoms stay indoors away from others as you would if it was flu.
